qualities
of a real leader, learned to overcome own fears
and barriers, discovered internal reserves for development,
and practiced collaboration skills, then this is
the appropriate Program.
Participants
of our programs become more confident, discover
unknown sides of their inner world, become more
independent. Meanwhile they explore new, European
territories, in literal and figurative sense of
the word - they are surrounded by a different environment,
enter into an atmosphere
of collaboration and cohesion.
|
|
|
| |
It
is a journey into new self and surrounding world.
Although
we use a wide variety of forms, our programs are
not a sport, neither rock climbing, not a mountaineering
tourism, not a survival, neither club of debates,
painting or meditation, but a multilateral development
of internal core and preparation for a 'big journey'
